In the process, Alsis seeks to increase and improve the access that low to middle income individuals in Latin America have to quality loan products by developing a vibrant secondary market and enhancing lender liquidity through the systematic acquisition and securitization of loan portfolios. Alsis also seeks to provide local lenders that lack the economics of scale necessary to access capital markets directly with a conduit to achieve greater liquidity, support and proper risk reallocation.
